Without a doubt a vacation home rental. The space, privacy, comfort, the number of people, ability to cook, and the cost all add up to a superior value.
A hotel room is not a place you feel like hanging out in, but a vacation home rental on the other hand is living in the lap of luxury by comparison!
For longer stays most definitely Vacation Rentals. However if it is a quick weekend away, I must admit. I do enjoy the extra services of a Hotel.
I guess I would like to know what are the "extra services" that a hotel provides? Is the room service at all hours of the night? Daily housekeeping?
I must say, that 80% of our rentals are 2 night stays. Vacation Rentals are not for week long stays anymore...
